How are targeted mailing and email lists developed?
(IDEAL Targets, Propensity, Beehive, Target Payer)
IDEALTarget™
Do you ever wonder if there is a more scientific way to reach the right audience to grow your organization?
Our IDEALTarget™ model helps take the guesswork out of your marketing efforts. Made up of our REACH3’s proprietary healthcare predictive segmentation models, Propensity™, Beehive®, and Target Payer™, IDEALTarget™ makes it possible to target patients who will have a positive impact on your organization’s bottom line.
Propensity™ identifies consumers that are more likely to need or be at risk for different healthcare services.
Beehive®helps determine messaging and offers based on demographic and psychographic profiles.
Target Payer™ identifies consumers who are more likely to be insured and have the right payer types.
When these three powerful models are combined, the right individuals to target are sifted out—helping you spend less, achieve higher response rates and yield higher return on investment (ROI).
How are CRM marketing initiatives measured?
(ROMI, Control Group Methodology, Web Reports,
Call Center Reports)
Tracking/Measurement
A key ingredient of the REACH3 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is measuring response rates and tracking downstream revenue associated with your campaigns. Standard return on marketing investment (ROMI) reports are generated with each campaign, made available online, and are updated regularly from your internal data sources. You can control the numbers associated with profit margins for each campaign to account for fixed costs and payer reimbursement.
Our statistically valid control groups allow you to show financial gatekeepers within your organization that you have taken the due diligence to unequivocally prove that your campaigns generated positive downstream revenue.
The ROMI reports also allow you to understand the demographic and other characteristics of the best responders – learning where this sweet spot is will allow you to better focus your resources for the next campaign to improve upon your results.
Interested in web or call center reports?
If you collect the name and address of users of your website, REACH3 has developed standard reports that will show the downstream utilization and revenue of medical services from these web users (along with demographic, payer mix, and location of service profiles). You can use this data to develop and refine integrated web marketing strategies and to show ROI of your web efforts.
The REACH3 standard reports also show downstream utilization and revenue of medical services associated with callers to your contact center. This data shows what types of services these callers are using, payer types, demographic profiles, and location of service information.
Is this HIPAA Compliant?
HIPAA & Security
Rest assured, our entire process is fully HIPAA-compliant. Your patients’ privacy is our number one priority and is completely safeguarded.
While extremely accurate, the analytical models used to determine IDEAL Targets™ are completely free of any personal or protected health information.
And to accommodate client-supplied databases, REACH3 has a secure log-in system. Data is sent from the client to REACH3 in an encrypted manner through a highly secure FTP site and access is highly restricted. Only REACH3 staff responsible for building and maintaining the database work with this highly sensitive information.

What is the Data Hygiene Process
Extreme Hygiene
When it comes to our mailing lists, we are clean freaks. Scoured and scrubbed regularly, your mailing lists go through a rigorous process to ensure you have the most accurate mailing information possible.
We start with address standardization processes including Coding Accuracy Support System (CASS), Delivery Point Validation (DPV) and National Change of Address (NCOA) to verify all addresses are correctly identified, updated and the data conforms to USPS quality standards. Once scrubbed and revised, lists are sent on to remove any duplicates, Do Not Solicit (DNS) requests and deceased names received from the Social Security Administration.
Extreme Hygiene helps reduce costs by eliminating undeliverable mail pieces and increases your ability to reach your target audience.
