Advanced variable printing technology increases response rates by customizing each piece with the recipient’s name and appropriate images (based on the age, gender, and/or presence of children in the household). Some pieces even include dynamically printed maps from the recipient’s address directly to your location.

MyPracticeBuilder™ also allows you to build customized communications for existing patients or to referring physicians. Communicate to your existing patients by simply uploading a list of names and addresses through the secure web interface. Four Easy Steps to Build Your Campaign

Step 1: Select a Mailer
Choose the topic you want to communicate, then select the design you want to use. Designs exist for orthopedics, cardiology, internal medicine, family practice, OB/GYN, pediatrics, general medicine, general surgery, hematology, oncology, urology, ophthalmology, radiology, gastroenterology, dermatology, cosmetic surgery and more.

Step 2: Customize It
Customize your communication with your information and any special offers or incentives. You can even change any of the copy within the mailer to best fit the needs of your organization.

Step 3: Choose your Recipients
Upload you own recipient list, or use the List Builder to access REACH3’s data to find ideal targets in the area(s) you select. MyPracticeBuilder™ will show you how many people in that area are high-value matches for your message and you select how many to send to.

Step 4: Proof and Confirm Your Order*
Hit the CHECKOUT button when you are satisfied with your order. You can print a receipt once your order is placed.

The entire process takes about 10 minutes, and your communications will be in homes in 5-7 business days.

  • Pay by credit card per order. Use a credit card for fastest processing.
  • Invoicing. With the invoicing option, you will receive an invoice for your order via email immediately. Your order is produced and delivered to the post office within 3-5 business days of receiving payment.
  • Set up a pre-paid postage account. Contact us to establish a pre-paid account. Pre-paid postage account users receive preferred rates and enjoy the benefit of faster processing. Each time you log into MyPracticeBuilder™. You can see the amount of credit you have remaining in your account.
